Guest：Epitome of excellence is how I would describe the Lotte New York Palace. The service and the amenities is outstanding. I will be coming back for my next reservation.
Guest：The bellmen are wonderful. There is a terrible man at the reservation desk. He was very condescending as we requested a 2pm check out during the Winter Storm. We were told the night before there shouldn’t be a problem and when we asked in person the man talked to us like scum and said it would be 150$. We packed up during the storm and left in a taxi as soon as possible for a different hotel. On a high note, housekeeping was amazing and incredibly kind.
Guest：I was there with my family. the location was perfect, we were able to walk around most of tour site from hotel. But hotel cleanliness is not so great. able to see the dust after cleaning. small tv but good that they provide chrome cast
